One in four Americans struggles with anxiety, but it's also one of the most treatable mental health conditions. You don't have to live in a constant state of worry. Our intensive, evidence-based programs go beyond managing symptoms to help you build lasting tools for real life.
Depression doesn't always look like sadness. It can look like exhaustion, numbness, or simply going through the motions. The right treatment can help you break through the fog. Our intensive programs are designed to create meaningful progress in weeks, not years.
Living with ADHD means navigating a world that wasn't designed for how your brain works. Our programs treat ADHD alongside the anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation that often come with it, addressing the whole picture, not just one diagnosis.
Medication can be a powerful part of mental health treatment, but only when it's carefully evaluated and monitored by someone who knows you. Our licensed psychiatrists work alongside your therapy team to ensure your treatment plan supports lasting progress.
Our programs offer clinically proven, intensive therapy tailored to the unique needs of adolescents, from group therapy to psychiatrist-led medication management, with built-in academic support so your child doesn't fall behind while getting the help they need.
Our virtual adolescent program is available for patients ages 12–18.
We offer in-person group therapy for children ages 8–12 at select locations.
One of the most painful parts of struggling mentally as a child is believing no one else feels the same way. Group therapy changes that belief. When your child is surrounded by peers who genuinely understand, shame starts to lift, connection begins, and real progress becomes possible.
Starting therapy is a big step, and we understand that it’s a big decision. Here's what the experience looks like from day one.
This is the question almost every parent asks, and it's a fair one. Most children are hesitant at first. But something shifts quickly when they realize the other people in the room genuinely understand what they're going through. Our clinicians create a safe, structured environment where no one is pressured to share more than they're ready to. Most children surprise their parents with how much they engage.
Our groups are carefully composed based on age, clinical needs, and program level. Your child will be grouped with peers facing similar challenges, not a mixed room of varying severity levels. Our clinicians actively manage group dynamics to ensure every participant's experience is safe and therapeutic.
Virtual sessions run through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, similar to a video call but purpose-built for clinical care. Many children actually find it easier to open up from the comfort of home rather than a clinical setting. Our clinicians are experienced in facilitating group connection virtually, and the outcomes are just as strong as in-person programs.
We've built academic support into every adolescent program specifically so this isn't a concern. We coordinate with your child's school and build their treatment schedule around their academic commitments wherever possible. Getting help shouldn't cost them their education, and with us, it won't.
Very involved, if you want to be. We believe family engagement is a meaningful part of adolescent recovery. You'll have regular touchpoints with the care team, and we'll keep you informed throughout the process. Family sessions are also available as part of the program.
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans for our adolescent programs. Our team will verify your child's coverage before you commit to anything, so there are no surprises.
Not necessarily. Many adolescents benefit from group therapy alone, while others do best when it's paired with psychiatric care. If medication evaluation or management would help, our licensed psychiatrists work alongside your child's therapy team, and we'll talk through whether that's the right fit for your family.
